  • How do i edit my supplier profile page?
    You can work directly with our team to add, edit, or delete any of the copy, images, downloadable content, links or forms available on your supplier page.
  • Do you offer advertising solutions?
    Currently we do not offer advertising solutions. However, in the near future we will enable features that will allow suppliers to purchase advertising space on many of our distributor based pages. Data is important to us and we assume it is for your organization as well. Once we have an effective and dependable mechanism in place for providing performance metrics and insights across ads we will notify our partners.
  • What are the benefits of being a content contributor?
    As an industry supplier contributing content can significantly impact your business in a variety of positive ways.   • How long does it take for profile content to be updated?

  • What's the difference between plans?
    Each plan provides a variety of benefits specifically tied to the types of assets your plan provides access to. This information is prominently displayed on our plans page.
  • Where can i access my assets?
    It depends on the scenario. Online Purchases: If you purchased from the store directly, visit "My Orders" in the member center to access your content. Free Content Galleries: If your plan provides you with direct access to select content, it can be accessed via one of our many gallery page and is directly downloaded to your device when the download icon is clicked. File Sharing: If your plan provides you with direct access to select content, it can be accessed via the file sharing page and the applicable folder containing the content you are seeking.
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes! You can cancel your subscription directly in the members area.
  • Free Membership vs a Monthly Subscription Plan
    Our free membership provides users with access to our store, forum and blog. Where as our subscription plans provide free access to specific types of marketing material. For example, you may subscribe to our paid "Social Guru" plan to gain access to all of our social content for free. If you simply had a free membership, each social post would have to be purchased individually through the store*. *Pro Tip: Subscription plans offer exclusive content that is only available to our subscribers.
